Since 2003, we've done exactly that — 365 days a year, including holidays, including the morning after a hurricane makes landfall. Winter Storm Uri in 2021 proved what our team could do under pressure. While hundreds of thousands of Houston homes had burst pipes and no water, our trucks were already loaded with parts and rolling before the freeze ended. We completed over 400 service calls in the 10 days following the storm. We keep a fleet of 12 fully-stocked service trucks running around the clock. Our average response time in the Houston metro is under 45 minutes. Every technician carries the parts most commonly needed for emergency repairs — copper fittings, PEX, ball valves, push-to-connect connectors — so the first trip is usually the only trip. All work is performed by licensed Texas Master Plumbers or Journeymen working under their direct supervision. We charge a flat emergency dispatch fee and then standard rates — no surge pricing, even during disasters.
