Space City Plumbing Group serves Clear Lake, Pearland, and the South Houston suburbs with full-service residential and commercial plumbing. Repiping is a significant part of our work in this area. Many 1980s and 1990s Clear Lake subdivisions used polybutylene pipe that has deteriorated to the point of regular failure. We've completed whole-house repipes in over 300 homes in the area and have a system down to a science — most are done in one day. Backflow prevention testing and certification is required annually for commercial properties. We're licensed to test and certify all types of backflow preventers and can handle the HCMUD reporting requirements.
